The results of the local and mayoral elections have seriously spooked the Establishment. The impact of the Muslim Vote and others protesting the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people at the hands of Zionist State of Israel, has struck home. It is commonly understood amongst many that it was these results that triggered the earlier than expected UK general election on the 4th of July
2024.
Running scared, perhaps Whitehall recognised the ability of the dissenters to organise and feared that any further delay would risk them mobilising and becoming more efficient, resulting in a major upset in the National polls. The Tories know they are out. The Conservatives are leaking high profile members to Reform UK and to the Labour Party which has undoubtedly been groomed to bring in the next phase of Zionisation to the corridors of power. It is not that difficult to imagine the alarming scenario of a hung parliament, all pivoted around the effect of the Muslim Vote.
Traditionally, the British Pakistani Muslim community have voted Labour. The Elders have always acknowledged their working class heritage, and their voting history reflects that. Lately the realisation has dawned on them that Labour has moved from its core values of social equity and justice and morphed into quasi-socialist capitalist mash. The consensus is that the General Election, far from being a choice between conflicting ideologies, is actually a baton change to legitimise a creeping Zionist global agenda.
The glaring hypocrisy and double standards of the West has been exposed globally with respect to the two current warzones of Ukraine and Palestine. Kier Starmer’s revealing gaffe of supporting Israel’s actions in the slaughter and starving millions of innocent men, women and children in Palestine has exposed his crass attitude towards the internationally accepted inalienable Human Rights of the Palestinian people. By stark contrast, Starmer’s position on Ukraine has highlighted his duplicity and his utter disregard for Muslim lives.
As a result, the Labour Party no longer enjoys the almost complete adulation of British Pakistanis that it once took for granted. Muslims of all nations and many, many others of differing faiths and hues are quite rightly questioning the morality of the future government in waiting, the leadership of which has no qualms about the wholesale murder and collective starvation of the Palestinian people. The question for Muslims everywhere is; what is the state of their faith, their Imaan when they stand with the oppressors and their supporters in this continuing genocide?
Given their unequivocal open support for Zionist Israel, Is it even halal to vote for Labour?
Faith is a substance that transcends all worldly values, be it country, gender, class or wealth. There is no subscription to be paid in order to confess belief. Muslims all over the world consider the Holy Quran their constitution. It is the Criterion with which they can judge themselves and others. It is the first and primary source of a Muslim’s knowledge, and they are instructed to hold fast to rope of Allah and let nothing divide them. The second source is the example or Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammed (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him- PBUH) as recorded in the books of Hadith. The tertiary source of knowledge is the consensus of scholars who will occasionally give Fatwas on the interpretation of Quran and Sunnah in matters of jurisprudence as it applies to everyday life.
Surat Maidah (5) verse 51:
O believers! Take neither Jews nor Christians as guardians, they are guardians of each other. Whoever does so will be counted as one of them. Surely Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
Their bilateral guardianship of each other is expressed in modern times as Zionism. If any believers seek any involvement in that relationship, they will become of their number. This is tantamount to abandoning their faith.
Surat Maidah (5) verse 52:
You will see those with a sickness in their hearts racing for their guardianship, saying (in justification), “We fear a turn of fortune will strike us.” But perhaps Allah will bring about (your) victory or another favour by His Command, and they will regret what they have hidden in their hearts.
It is not appropriate to call out the hypocrites and colluders, but you will know by their marks. People need to take a deep dive in themselves, reach into their conscience and see if the hat fits. The question is, do people really understand that they are sleepwalking into apostacy? Why are the so-called learned scholars not alerting the Ummah to the danger? Why are the committees of masjids up and down the whole of the UK hedging their hopes on candidates of parties whose leaders are committed Islamophobes, that seek the destruction of the Ummah? Do they indeed have a sickness in their hearts?
These questions need to be put to the community at large with the Council of Mosques of each city or region organising and co-ordinating a unified Muslim response.
For Muslims, it matters not who obtains power. All the mainstream parties have the same crooked intentions with regards Palestine. In light of the above, the opinion is that it is haram to vote for any of them and thereby assist in the ultimate goal of Zionism which is the elimination and complete erasure by genocide of the people of Palestine.
